Who is responsible
[TU NOMBRE], tax ID (NIF) [NIF], with an address at [DIRECCIÓN]. Email: hola@mgmautomations.es.
What we collect
For the waitlist: your email address, the language of the page you signed up on, which form on the page you used, and the date.
For “Recover my purchase”, only your email, to find your purchase and resend the license. It isn’t stored.
After you pay, the thank-you page asks the server for your license with the purchase code Stripe puts in the address. That request isn’t stored, but the address may stay in the hosting provider’s logs. The page only shows the license for 24 hours. To take that code out of the address, it keeps it in your browser until you close the tab, along with the language you pressed “Buy” in.
For purchases, what’s explained under “Purchases” below.
Giving your email is voluntary; without it we can’t let you know. If you are under 14, please don’t sign up.
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and nothing from third parties in your browser: fonts and images are served from the site itself. The host (Railway) keeps technical logs of each visit, such as the IP address, for [PLAZO: 7 DÍAS EN EL PLAN HOBBY, 30 EN PRO; CONFIRMAR EL PLAN].
To prevent abuse, the server counts submissions of the forms per IP address for 24 hours at most. The IP is not stored with your email and is deleted automatically.
What for
To email you when Pulso comes out and send you the list price. We send nothing else and never use your email for third-party advertising. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you sign up (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time; this doesn’t affect anything done before.
The IP address in the technical logs and in the submission limit is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long
Until launch and [PLAZO] after it, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. Then it is deleted.
Who else sees it
No one but [TU NOMBRE]. The data is stored with Railway Corporation, which hosts the site and the database, and emails are sent with Resend, from hola@mgmautomations.es. Both process it only on our behalf. We don’t sell it or share it.
Transfers outside the EU
Railway Corporation (United States) hosts the site and the database in its EU region (Amsterdam), but may access the data from the United States to provide the service. That transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework [COMPROBAR LA CERTIFICACIÓN EN dataprivacyframework.gov] and on the standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement (railway.com/legal/dpa).
Emails (the launch notice, the license and any resend) are sent by Resend, run by Plus Five Five, Inc., a U.S. company. To send them it receives your email address and what each message contains (in the license email, your name and the license), and it keeps a log of each delivery. That transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Resend is certified [COMPROBAR LA CERTIFICACIÓN EN dataprivacyframework.gov], and on the standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement (resend.com/legal/dpa).
Purchases
Link, by Stripe, takes the payment and sells Pulso in its own name: it issues the invoice and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see your card.
For each purchase we receive your email, your name, your country (only to pick the language of the email; it isn’t stored), the amount and currency, and the payment IDs. The license contains your name and email, and is kept so we can resend it. It is sent with Resend. The legal basis is the purchase contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
The data for each purchase is kept for six years from the end of the year of the purchase, the period Spanish law sets for accounting records (Article 30 of the Commercial Code), which also covers the four years of the tax authority (Article 66 of the General Tax Law). Until then we can resend your license. Then it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and take it with you (portability). Email hola@mgmautomations.es from the address you signed up with, or with something that shows it’s yours. We reply within one month at most.
If you think we haven’t handled it properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
The app
Pulso has no accounts, no analytics and no crash reports, and sends nothing to Pulso servers. This is everything the app sends off your Mac:
| What | Where to | When |
|---|---|---|
| The coordinates of the city you pick for the weather, to 4 decimal places | MET Norway (api.met.no) | Every 30 minutes and when the Mac wakes, if you’ve picked a city |
| What you type when looking up a city | Apple Maps | While you search, in Settings |
| The ID of the Spotify track that’s playing, for its artwork and title | Spotify (open.spotify.com/oembed and its image servers) | When macOS doesn’t provide the artwork for a Spotify track (for example, if the music helper fails) |
| A HEAD or GET request, without cookies | The websites you add | Every 5 minutes, with the island on |
Like any internet connection, each one carries your network’s IP address. Your location never leaves: Pulso doesn’t ask for Location access.
If you register pulso mcp in Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, whatever those tools ask for (apps, ports, history…) reaches them and leaves under their own rules. Pulso doesn’t send it anywhere on its own.
What is only read on your Mac
- Processes: each app’s memory, CPU, disk and ports.
- The
~/.claudefolder: tokens and the status of Claude Code sessions. Never the text of the messages. - Claude limits, if you turn them on: with Pro or Max, while you use Claude Code, Pulso adds itself to Claude Code’s status line (in
~/.claude/settings.json) and only keeps the 5-hour and weekly percentages. When you turn them off, it puts the status line back as it was. It doesn’t call any Anthropic API. - Your calendar, if you give it access: today’s and tomorrow’s events.
- What’s playing, to show it in the island.
- The Downloads folder, to show downloads in progress in the island.
- The Dock: its apps, for the bar, and whether it hides.
- Minimized windows, if you give it Accessibility access: their app and title, so you can bring them back from the bar.
- Where windows are, without their names, to know if they cover the bar.
History is stored on your Mac and deleted from Settings. “Enviar comentarios…” (Send feedback) opens an email in your mail app with the support details in plain view; it only leaves if you send it.
